| A large room is available for an *individual* for a 4-month or 12-month lease. The house is a 4-bedroom townhouse located near the Simcoe and Britannia intersection and is currently occupied by three (3) guys. The house has a bathroom on each floor. For you, that means one spacious room on the top floor (about 10ft x 13ft) and a shared bathroom with one other individual. The kitchen and living room are on the main level and are shared with all housemates. Unfortunately, no parking spots are available on the premises, and the price does not include utilities. If you are comfortable with the following criteria and are serious about renting, feel free to shoot me a message if you have any further questions: - No pets - No parking - No smoking in the house (hard rule) - Proof of identity - Proof of income (if leasing for 12 months) - Proof of rental insurance (if leasing for 12 months). - Students and young professionals are welcome. |
