| Hi there, I'm looking to reach out an see if I may have better luck this way with finding a new place to call home for myself, my two kids(14M+10F) and our medium sized doggo. We would need a 3 bedroom with laundry acces. We've been living in the same very run down apartment for a few years as I've been slowing building my credit and saving. (mid 600's + rising). I'm new to ODSP and have my rent sent directly to my landlord and am willing to continue doing so. I'm also wanting to give another months rent payment. (First, last + an additional month). I'm looking to be a long term tenant. We're clean, quiet, and respectful.
