Also would like someone who can keep their area clean. We prefer female tenant as I have a wife and kid at home. If single occupancy the room will be $675 and if room rented on sharing then it will be $400 each person including utilities/ internet. Space is available from April 1st 2021. Parking space can be made available with extra $50 per month. First and last month rent is required and 60 days notice required whenever you are going to move out.
