You must have a car as there is no public transit All inclusive (heat, hydro, central air, laundry, unlimited high speed wireless internet, parking,) I also cover household items such as dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, toilet paper etc. A cleaning service comes once every 2 weeks to clean the common areas.
