The room features west-facing windows for plenty of natural light and hardwood floors.The house includes a spacious, bright kitchen with lots of room for cooking, and a large outdoor area with a meat smoker—perfect for BBQ lovers! I have two friendly dogs (one small and one large), so you must be good with animals. No additional dogs or cats(large dog is not good with cats), but feel free to ask about other small pets. Rent is $900, all-inclusive (utilities, Wi-Fi, etc.), and the home is ideal for someone who enjoys a warm, laid-back living environment. Not furnished, but I can provide a dresser if need be.
