| Welcome to this spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house near St. Matthew's High School. This location is less than 1.5 km from Place D 'Orleans mall, a grocery store, Shoppers, NCC path to downtown or Petrie Island (tracked in winter for cross country skiing!), and bus stop 38 and 138. I am looking for a roommate to occupy the master bedroom (11' x 12.5'), which has an attached semi-private bathroom. There is a large sliding door to your own new private balcony. The house has been newly renovated and you'll be the first to use the washroom and deck. There is a large walk-in closet (21 ft2), king size bed (bed must remain), and 2 bedside tables. Parking would be on the street (either side). I mostly work from home in the room adjacent to the bedroom. The kitchen, living room and laundry room are shared spaces with not only myself but a 3 year old black lab that has a large, and often noisy, personality + is a renowned shedder (house is vacuumed weekly). Unfortunately no other pets can be added to the house. I am a project manager for environmental consulting and am an outdoor enthusiast. I'm hoping to find a female roommate that is a student or working professional. All utilities are included with rent (water, hydro, internet).
