| Everything included . It includes wifi . It’s a small room suitable for a student . Looking for a female roommate . No partying please . No smoking or vaping inside please. No illicit drugs. Scent free as much as possible I’m allergic to scents . It also can kill my pet parakeets . I’m single . With a small dog hypoallergenic. I have 3 budgies I work early mornings I’m in health care. Non smoker and not into partying. We share the kitchen and the bathroom with a shower , the lining area as well . I have a powder room in my bedroom so it’s only the shower we share . They building has a laundry room . No gym of pool etc ! Laundry card use which I have to give you. You only need your bed and personal items ! I have a dresser not in best shape can remove if not needed . The mattress in the bedroom picture is being thrown out . Sorry I have nowhere to put it intil garbage day . They have storage available to rent. Downstairs . They have parking but you must pay for a spot . The bus station is right in front on my building it’s on the transit way Smyth station. First month in advance to hold and damage deposit. Criminal record check too please . My job requires it so I need to be as sure as I can be that I’m living with a safe person . |
