The kitchen and living room is on the ground floor shared with my parents (they also cook in the basement so they dont use it very much) There is a fridge/frezeer located on 2nd floor to be shared between the 3 rooms as well. 1 spacious balcony on 2nd floor, well maintained backyard as well. TTC: bus 63 is less than 1 min away. (3 houses down) Bus 63 goes to eglinton west stn and Islington Stn Streetcar 512 (St Claire St) is about 3min walk.
