The bathroom is shared only between the two rooms. (No elevator) The rooms will be with furnished. Most of the items on the photos are my stuff and will be removed. Room#1 has queen bed while room#2 will have twin bed Rent is including all utilities bills, wifi and laundry. Parking is not included. Student/ working professional tenants are welcome! The house is my parents’ and I’m helping them find a quiet tenant to live in my previous room. Room is available Aug 1st, 2024. We offer 6 month lease with option to continue.
