There is laundry in the basement and utilities are included!!! Bathroom is on the same floor as this room and is shared with 2 of the room mates. The shared spaces are: Living room, kitchen, bathroom and backyard. There are 3 room mates who are all great friends of mine! They are respectful and keep the house extremely clean! We attend Sheridan college which is only a ten minute walk to Sheridan and there is a bus stop right next to our place! Certain small pets are allowed so message me to let me know. Room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you are looking for. Looking for someone responsible and kind to stay in my room for these months. Rent is a great deal.
