Our 2 Beds 1 Bath is fully furnished (bright, spacious, neat & clean) walkout legal basement apartment with a private entrance is less than a minute walk to Brimley road 12A-B bus stops for Kennedy station, approximately takes 8-10 minutes to reach the station). Rent is $460 including all utilities (Hydro/Electricity, Heating and AC, Hot Water and Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet). Coin Laundry on-site. Walking distance to all amenities such as No frills, Shoppers drug mart, Scotia bank, Restaurants, Public Transit, and more! This is a legal basement and you will be provided a proper rent receipt, which will help you to get more returns in ITR. • Looking for a Quiet and Respectable roommate; preferably a full-time student (newcomer students are welcome) or working professionals with good cleaning habits. • No Smoking, drinking, parties, or pets on or near the property, please.
