| The trailer has two sets of bunks at the back in addition to the main bed at the front. AC, furnace, gas stove, propane, gas/electric fridge, hot water heater, awning, tv, 8 acre field, fire pit, hot tub, some internet accessibility, pool, etc. The trailer must stay on our property. One of the washrooms in the house would be shared with the trailer renters, as the one in trailer can not be used due to the lack of a drain.
