2) House is right next to the parking lot behind the Quad building (Main Intersection: Boake Street and Assiniboine)
3) 5 minute walk to YorkU station, 2 mins to the nearest bus stop, 10 minutes bus ride to Walmart, No Frill's, and Dollarama
4) 2 minute walk to Seneca at York campus and approximately 5 minute walk to the main York U campus
5) A professional cleaner comes every 2 weeks to personally clean the kitchen, laundry room, washrooms, and your own private washroom
All the tenants currently living here respect each other's spaces and belongings. Everyone is considerate of anyone's needs and studies.
