| Hi! This bright room with large balcony is on the middle floor (2nd floor) of our house. The room comes with a single bed including sheets, blankets and pillow, wardrobe, dresser, table, chair, lamp, bookcase and refrigerator. In addition to your private bathroom, you will have full access to a shared kitchen with two other female tenants. The kitchen includes an oven, small appliances (microwave, rice cooker, etc.) , pots and pans, utensils and of course cupboard space. Room rent includes access to washer and dryer, unlimited high speed (Rogers gigabit) wireless internet, access to laundry, and all utilities (air conditioning, water, electricity). Our house is located in North York (Finch and Bathurst) and is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and we are 10 minute bus ride from the subway. It takes only 20 mins to York University and takes about 45-50 mins to University of Toronto downtown. Please note, as this is a shared space, guests are not permitted.
