| I have a very spacious, clean home and currently 1 furnished room for rent: undergraduates, graduate students, international students, or young working professionals welcome. Proof of COVID vaccination required. There is a great collaborative and respectful atmosphere at the house. This is also a quiet, non-smoking, drug free home. Available January 1 2023 mid to long term stay required. First and last month’s rent in advance. All utilities included: heat, hydro, water, laundry (main floor), unlimited wifi. There is available parking in the driveway for each room. There is a large private backyard with a park like setting and fish pond as well as a front porch. Sought after neighbourhood. Bailey park is next door to the house. The bus stop is half a block away. Walking distance to stores and services. Walking distance to Riverside and Exhibition Parks. Convenient to Conestoga College. Room A - RENTED Room B - AVAILABLE- Very large room (Master bedroom), Queen sized bed, desk, double closet ($750/month). This is a very spacious bedroom with a lovely view out to the backyard. There are two closets (one with a built in closest organiser) and lots of space should you need to also work from home at this time. Room C - RENTED Shared areas are nicely furnished and include a large living room, dining room, kitchen (everything you would need including a brand new fridge and stainless steel dishwasher), main floor laundry, and full bathroom upstairs on the bedroom level. There is a lot of privacy in the home because of the layout. Owner has a separate level which includes, a living space, kitchenette and bedroom with two piece bathroom. There is an application and a complete reference check in order to rent a room. Please tell me a little about yourself and your situation when you respond.
