| Hello, We are looking for a reliable and honest female roommate for our available upstairs room; our townhouse is on multiple small levels (6, 2, 6, 4 steps). This may be best for a local student or a young professional. $675.00 / month; and, stable income needed. *Note: the bed is single (twin) size, due to the larger desk. *Note: we are a quiet Christian household; no: alcohol, drugs, smoking, parties, visitors or pets, please. We are looking for a kind, clean (cleans after herself every time), young woman who is able to pay the room's rent on time, monthly. Month by month payment; and, 30+ days notice prior to moving out, please. We prefer a longer term (6+ months); we are also flexible. * We have 1 underground parking spot available for your car; extra $25 / mo. (if need) Our Townhouse: * On multiple levels (stairs, steps); utilities are included: 1 and 1/2 baths, kitchen (included: fridge, stove oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher; own shelf space), laundry (washer / dryer) in basement, heating in winter, air conditioning in summer; common areas are shared; we have agreement for private time (cooking, laundry, etc.). Internet is included.
