| Hi, *** This room is available for move in on Tuesday, the 1st of July, 2025 *** NOTE: After we first meet on video (likely, more than once); and, we have gone over our personal situations; and, household rules; and, we have established a good connection, and we both feel that this many be a real good fit, I highly encourage you to: >>> come in the daytime and stay overnight at our home for 1 night (free of charge) to see how you feel in our household; and, to determine if this place is the one you'd like to live in for at least 6 months, or more <<< I'd rather spend some time checking for the 'best fit' and be able to achieve that minimal 6 or more months time commitment. *** About You Note: This household is *Not suitable for me, my personal goals and our other household members IF you have any of the following issues: A. Any mental health or emotional health issues (pride, anger, impatience, any foul language, any issue with Godly Authority, depression, bi-polar, anxieties, irrational fears, psychotic disorders and all related, uncleanness, etc.: anything unbecoming, according to the Lord Jesus' Standard: I Value Purity in myself, and in my household, as the Lord is Leading each of us to keep improving and becoming better, as He identifies it: a holy disciple). B. Any physical or mental handicap that may significantly interfere with my being able to very easily approach you, and very easily converse with you, regarding: our household, rules, etc.; or, that may be an impairment for you, and for us. C. Any too challenging, over-the-top, stressful life situation or crisis: I am *Not here to Save The World, in our household {I point to the Lord Jesus, on my social media platforms}. D. The 7 Virtues and The 7 Sins: (i) The 7 Life Giving Virtues, are: (+) humility, chastity, kindness, charity, temperance, patience, diligence (ii) The 7 Deadly Sins, are: (-) pride, lust, envy, greed, gluttony, wrath, sloth I am looking for a Female Roommate that has, as a most precious, personal goal for herself: to Embrace the Virtues; and to Forsake the Sins --- Every Single Day; as I do. Very Simply Put: Someone who understands God's Vertical Alignment Order: that my husband and I are the Overseers of our household; him and I need to Lead First, by the correct Personal Example and Words; and, in turn, you need to *Respect Us and the Household Rules,* as I identify them from the Lord, with a Humble and most Patient Attitude, in God's Divine Love. * Without a deep Respect and Honour: we have Nothing. * Now, back to our household, and rent: We are seeking a reliable female roommate for our available room, upstairs; our townhouse is on multiple levels (6, 4 or 2 steps at a time). This is best suitable for a local student or a young professional. $675 Cad / month; and, stable income is required; I will need to see your proof of income; and, payment of first and last month's rent; and, an extra deposit of $100 Cad. *** Household Notes: * Note 1: the bed is single (twin) size, due to the larger desk. * Note 2: we are a quiet and focused Christian household; therefore No: alcohol, drugs, smoking, parties, loud noises, visitors or pets are allowed (perhaps a once-in-a-while very quiet and mature visitor; with conditions; I may still decline; I'd need to meet her or him first, via video, at least one week before she or he may come visit our household). **Daytime Only: No Overnight Stays** * Note 3: although I regularly communicate to my household members regarding topmost cleanliness, noises and chemical smells (body products such as creams and perfumes; and, household cleaners) there is No guarantee of an absolutely 100% Scent-free environment in our household. Therefore, please be advised that if you have a mild, moderate or severe sensitivity, allergic reaction or related medical condition(s) due to any (esp. chemical) smells or scents, our household may Not be the right one, for you. Same with cooking, we have a few persons, respectable and dependable, but we do include multiculturalism; therefore, food smells may vary, as well. Having said this, I your host and my household members much prefer the chemical body and cleaning product smells especially, to be toned down, as much as possible; for example: ideally, we'd smell your perfume or scented cream or shampoo or conditioner, only if we'd give you a hug; please apply what can be applied outside of our home, very mildly; and, we thank you. Therefore, we are seeking a humble, respectful and clean young lady (each person cleans area used right after use: own room, kitchen, bathroom, floor, laundry, etc.). She is able to pay her room's rent on time, monthly. Month by month payment. At least 30 to 60+ days' note prior to move out. As outlined prior, I much prefer a longer term (6+ months) and stability, as much as possible. * Note 4: if need one underground park spot is available, for an extra $25 monthly. * Note 5: No *Non-household related chats with one another in-person, inside of our home (we need to go outdoors to chat non-household related with each other if desired; or, set a phone or video call, each being in her own room.) Our home is for brief, household related chats only, in one of the common areas: each of you addressing any issue, with me; then, I address it with each household member. Our Townhouse: + On multiple levels (stairs, steps); utilities included: 1 and 1/2 baths, kitchen (fridge, stove oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher; own shelf space), dining (fridge 2 and dining table), laundry (washer / dryer), heating in winter, air conditioning in summer; common areas shared; agreement for private time (cooking, laundry, etc.). Internet is included. Our Complex and Neighbourhood: + Safe and family-friendly area with kids and pets (on leash). + A 20-minute walk to Parkwoods Village Shopping Mall (Fenside Dr. and York Mills Rd.), where you will find: Food Basics, Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, Hair Styling, Nails and Spa, Tim Horton's, A&W, Pizza-Pizza, Restaurants, Laundry Care, Clothing Care, Public Washrooms, plenty of Parking space, and more. + Also close to the Parkway Mall (Victoria Park Av. and Ellesmere Rd.); a 60 minute walk from our home; or, a 30-40 minute walk from our nearby Parkwoods Village Shopping Mall; or, a 10-15 minutes by TTC from bus stop; you will find: the Metro Grocery Store, Healthy Planet, Restaurants, Mall Area (Spa and Nail Salon, Dollarama, Electronics Stores, Clothing Stores, Shoe Stores, Other Stores, CIBC Bank, Maryvale Library, Food Court, Public Washrooms and more); McDonald's, Tim Horton's, Shoppers Drug Mart, a Lot of Parking space, and more. Our area is nice and serene, with forests, parks, playgrounds and newly planted trees.
