| A large room is available for rent starting May 1st in an apartment located at 191 Sherbourne Street. This is a two-bedroom unit, just a 10-minute walk from Dundas Station or Eaton Centre, and a 4-minute ride by streetcar. George Brown College's downtown campus is a 10-minute walk, and TMU's downtown campus is a 15-minute walk. The apartment is shared by three people, and all kitchen appliances are shared. Priority will be given to those who can commit to staying for at least six months. The room for rent comes with a double bed, desk, chair, dresser, and a unit with both heating and air conditioning. The rent is $1,100, including electricity and internet. As you can see, the room is quite large. (The bed shown in the picture is a queen-sized bed.) First and last month's rent is required as a deposit upon signing the lease. There is no key deposit, but if the key is lost, you will need to purchase a replacement from the building management.
