I have a very cozy and cute room in my 2-bed ground floor apartment by the Lawrence West subway station (5 min walk) available, and I am looking for a female roommate ideally. The apartment is very bright, well-maintained and is located in an incredibly convenient location. The bedroom is fully furnished (a single bed, large mirror-ed built-in wardrobe, big desk, chair, shelve unit and coffee table), and a bathroom. I am looking to live with someone clean, quiet, positive, respectful, who wants to live in a place they treat like home and appreciates a balance of socializing and down-time.
