| I'm a warm and friendly person, looking for a roomate (preferably female) to share the space with. I am offering the private bedroom for rent (unfurnished) it has a private entrance to shared bathroom and 2 mirrored closets. (It is relatively large, it can fit a king-size bed.) Condo is furnished with kitchen table and chairs. Sofa and coffee table. Condo has Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher and microwave. We will share kitchen, living and laundry. $1200/ per month with internet and utilities included. Parking may be available for extra fee. I occupy the pullout couch in the living room, but wake up super early for meditation so the living room will always be available to you to use. I have a 12 year old cat who's very quiet and sleeps all day. I am looking for a clean roomate that is mature, respectful and has a relatively quiet lifestyle (no drinking, drugs, loud music or frequent visitors) Someone who likes cats. If you're on a spiritual path and into meditation, reiki, and raising the consciousness of the planet ......then we have a lot in common! Move in date flexible but likely on Jan 14th.
