| There is one private bedroom available here, so I’m looking for 1 (one) person (no couple or more people allowed) to share a large, 2-bedroom and 1.5 washrooms apartment with me. The apartment has a dishwasher, AC, and heater for the whole apartment and furniture. Your room has a table and chair for the office, a queen bed, a window, a closet, and an in-room heater. There are a lot of parks around, and some bars, cinemas, etc. It’s above a mall and subway station. No need to go outside to access the Sheppard subway station; there are many stores nearby, including Shoppers, Winners, Dollarama, Longos, a Bakery, a Gym (La Fitness), parking, banks, and restaurants. Additionally, close by are Food Basics, Whole Foods, and Loblaws. You can visit or make a video call if you wish. The bedroom is 11x12 sq. ft. in an apartment of 985 sq. Ft. Internet, electricity, gas, and insurance are included. The place is very organized. Only the first and last month is required. You will be sharing the furnished kitchen and living room area with a 39-year-old male IT professional, who is quiet and respectful. No smoking is allowed inside the unit. I am looking for a friendly roommate to share this large 2-bedroom apartment. |
