| 1. Renting the basement rooms of a detached house. There are 3 rooms for rent, $1000/month each, every room comes with its individual washroom and shower. Please see the attached pictures, first come first serve. The basement has a separate entrance from the back door. It is a half basement with windows. The room includes a double-sized bed, mattress, nightstand, table, chair, and closet. The kitchen and dining table are shared space. Water, electricity, and Wifi are included. One parking space is available, at the price of $50/ month. Note: laundry is not free, $5 fee will be charged per use to preserve resources. 2. Walk 8 minutes to Sheppard & Yonge building, with accessible transportation via subway or bus. The building also has food basics for groceries, LCBO, food court, and various shops. Hallmark center is across the street, with drug stores, banks, and restaurants. 3. 800m away from Gwendolen Park, it has places to exercise and tennis courts. Behind the park, there is the ravine and hiking trail. The house is close to Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts, Earl Haig Secondary School, Cameron Public School. The area is nice, safe, and quiet. 4. The family upstairs does not party and does not smoke. 5. We would love to share our place with clean and quiet tenants. Feel free to book a time to come look at the rooms. We request 1 month rent as deposit and 1 month rent to move in (the deposit will be returned within 7 days once you move out, with no obvious damage to the house and furniture). The shortest rental period is 6 months. No smoking. No pets are allowed. If couples are planning to move in together, that will be $200 in addition to the monthly rent. Please be quiet after 10:30 PM. Provide 2 months of notice in advance to moving out. |
