| Whole room small size $500 per month no laundry included. Washroom outside the room and shared with other occupants of the townhouse. The room for rent is upstairs besides with two other room that are currently occupied also. The window of the room is small in size and located above the wall. There is a built in heater and the controller is in the main floor because it controls the temperature of the whole townhouse. There is built in small size cabinet. There is a small size bed. And table for studying. In summer the room may be a little hot. No air conditioner. If you want to buy one you have to add payment. The doorknob has no lock coz that’s how the townhouse was built. If you want to add the lock for the door you can buy your own and build it. COOK YOUR OWN FOOD. No smoking inside the townhouse. No visitors are allowed to stay overnight. No shouting please or making noises because for the respect of other occupants who are staying in the townhouse. There are four occupants in the townhouse already. NO LAUNDRY you can go to the coin laundry in the plaza just walking distance from the townhouse. The grocery store is also in the plaza. No parking lot. There is a one bathroom and two toilets in the townhouse and it is shared with others. There is a backyard. There is a small size field in front of the house. The townhouse is near bus stops. And walking distance to Pioneer subway station. You can buy your own fan for summer. The window can be opened in a small size frame but no screen on it.
