I am offering a three-year old walkout studio around the Black Creek and Lawrence area as of May 1st to a single working person which is suitable for a quiet non-smoking person. First and last month required. This is great for single occupancy and for a quiet responsible person looking for a private and quiet space. There is a fridge, stove, a sofa-bed, table and a chair. There is a separate entrance and the unit overlooks a ravine and is in a very scenic neighbourhood with quick access to the TTC which is a two-minute walk down or across the street with buses going to Lawrence West and Jane subway stations. The unit is close to Weston UP and a bus ride to Pearson, so it is also ideal for those of you working at the airport looking for an abode when in town. The unit is within an approximately 500-metre distance from a No Frills and a Coin Laundry. I do not have a parking space and the unit is not meant for beyond single occupancy. Serious inquires only and please tell me about yourself when responding and note that I am not accepting any viewings as I would like to know you first before that happens and am not quite sure how to disable this new feature.
