| Hi there! **Main Floor room available now at Sheppard Yonge station** - Parking is included - Internet and utilities included - Washroom is shared with 1 person only (very clean lady) Fantastic location, just a 10-12-mins walk from the subway. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance, including TTC, GO transit, several grocery stores, gym, walk-in clinics. The room is located on the main floor of our bungalow-style house (no second floor). Plenty of storage room in the house compared to condos, nice backyard if you want to do some BBQ. Moving can be stressful because you don't know what kind of roommates you will get, but in this case, you don't have to worry! Everyone here is quiet and polite. We are two engineers from Europe, a girl and a guy in our early 30s on the main floor. If you need a good atmosphere where you can study or work from home, this place is for you. However, we expect the same from our future tenant: - Absolutely no noise after 11 pm, because people get up for work early; - Keep the house clean, always wash dishes after use and clean the kitchen counter/stove after cooking; - Take out the trash when full; Preferably, we are looking for a single working professional or student. No couples, sorry! If you don't have furniture - we can provide a double bed you see on the picture and a chair only. You will need to buy a mattress and a table. We can help you look for them if needed. Long term / short term Pets are allowed, but depends on which kind, please specify. Move-in date can be adjustable. Looking forward to meeting you! |
