You may move in with a luggage. Only 2 people in the suite—you and me -- to make it comfortable. No smoking and no strong species / ingredience cooking such as curry due to my health system issue. LIGHT COOKING ONLY. I appreciated your understanding. Steps to TTC (the most convenient bus in Toronto 24-7), walking distance to Sheppard / Don Mills Subway. Highway 404, 401 and GO train station close by. The condo has 24-7 security and situates in a quiet and safe area by a big park. Most owners are retired people with smaller size of families (average less than 2 persons). South view overlook the park and CN Tower. Indoor swimming pool, sauna, billiards，pingpong and more exercise facilities available. 0.5 to 1 km walking distance to banks(TD, RBC, CIBC), restaurants, grocery shopping such as No Frills and 2 Chinese supermarkets, walking distance to Fairview Mall, library and forest trials by Don River. Many beautiful parks nearby. Pets are not allowed in the building by the management. So it’s Very quiet here. I don't watch TV. The quietness is good for a college student. I provide full cooking ware and bed linings. You can move in with a luggage. Another $70 for monthly indoor parking. $1180 is including the hydro, heating and cooling, water, internet, also the gym facilities. My neighbors rent out the whole suite at $3200-3500 for the same suites. This is the best price condo master room in the area. You will share the 2 bedroom condo with an understanding and respectful woman. I am looking for a mature and quiet single professional or student. We share the kitchen and bathroom.
