One time cleaning fee –$180 and one time admin / service fee - $120 (new pillows, dry cleaning and/or new bedding (total $300) • No Lease – First Month Deposit Only – 4-6 month minimum stay (1 month’s notice to vacate please) Damage Deposit: $500 (will be returned to you if there is no damage and you give 1 month’s notice). • Letter of employment, driver’s license or other photo ID are required to take possession of apartment. • 1 block from Bathurst bus. (10 min. walk to Yorkdale Subway) (House location: Bathurst between Lawrence & Wilson) • Other Features: Pot Lights throughout living room and kitchen – Walk-In Closet - Utilities / High Speed Internet Included - Quiet Neighborhood • We don’t take anything except clothes, toiletries & computer, etc. Perfect for newcomers to Toronto. • The towels, bed linen, pillows, pots, pans, dishes, free laundry, high speed internet and all utilities are included in the rent.
