| My husband and are looking for a low key tenant to rent our basement apartment. We live upstairs with our elderly father. Ideal tenant leads a quiet lifestyle. The basement apartment is 1600 sq ft, with separate entrance. Large kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 very large room. All utilities are included along with internet and cable tv. NO PARKING for cars, can accommodate a scooter/bike. TTC steps from house. Max occupancy is for 2 people.
