| Hello, I am renting out a fully furnished shared room on 16-floor which has following features: big window, single sized bed, walk-in closet, big drawers. The rent is $580 included utilities and internet. Cooking utensils are shared. You can use most of what is already in the kitchen and enjoy the TV in the living room (free Netflix, Chromecast) A little bit about the apartment, A communal laundry room of good capacity is conveniently located on the ground floor. Outdoor swimming pool and gym are available for tenants. Highly accessible to TTC(95, 995, 51, 115, 122) which stops right at the apartment. York Mills and Leslie subway are about 10 min bus away. In less than 3 or 5 min walking distance, there are almost everything: Longos, Shoppers, LCBO, Tim Hortons, pet store, restaurants. If you are organized, clean, and friendly female, ideally in your 20s or 30s, you are welcome to come see the room. * Requirements: first & last month rent + key deposit $100, a copy of your ID * The room is available for now(negotiable) * I have a small friendly dog (hypoallergenic) * Parking is available with extra fee Again this is not a private room, we will share the apartment unit.
