Right in kemptville (north grenville) you could walk to everything. Not too far from Richmond or north gower, can also get downtown ottawa in about 35 min. Things to note / a little about us: - About us: We are two 29 year old females, professionals, we work alot. - This is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath home, its a very nice fairly large home (2400 sq ft) on a quiet and very upscale street - Basement: you would also get your own bathroom. It also comes with an optional couch, coffee table & dining table / chairs because it’s such a large space. Free for you to use if you would like. - You would get a parking space as well. - You must be okay with pets hanging out in the shared space (main floor) - We have reliable and fast internet - Will require first & last. I only offer month to month, no signing a year long lease, being stuck here, etc. - Absolutely NO smokers. You will be kicked out immediately. |
