| Looking for a Female roommate. please read below: If the ads is up, that means it is available (from May 1, 2025). and please don't call, just message on Whatsapp only. 1 furnished private room available now in the 1st floor, 4 mins walk from Finch Subway station (1 min to Hendon Park, with 4 tennis courts and 2 baseball courts), share washroom room with 1 other rooms and the shower room with 3 other rooms, and share kitchen with 6 other rooms. We are looking for a responsible roomate (female prefered) For single person only. Long term tenants (six months and more) and clean responsible international students are prefered. Visitors staying over are allowed, but not over 2 time a week. and visitor must be quite & respectful. No pet, no smoking, no parking available. Rent is $650/month. It will be month to month rent, 30 days notice prior to moving out. Upon moving in, paying first and last month rent, and the last month rent will serve as a deposit.
