A kind professional Canadian couple would like to offer this main floor UPSTAIRS to a professional English speaking single or a young couple (Prefer an IT man, for example, an Indian with work permit (especially preferred) or an European origins, case by case) with a stable good income (can easily pay the rent ). We are looking for a short fixed term trust-worthy tenant (three months). Attention: Please carefully read all the info below before you call. The nice/friendly healthy professional owners are pleased to lease their very spacious beautiful bright newly renovated main floor bungalow house located at North-West Corner of Finch Avenue/Victoria Park Avenue cross). The house is fully equipped with, new range (Oven), spacious new refrigerator, unlimited high speed internet (about 300/30mbp), furnace, (AC), a set of nice laundry, dining table, chairs, bed(s) and a pair of sofas (3) and nice neighbors. The owners want to lease ONLY a middle sized room of the house or master bed room (Maybe two rooms depending situation), just like an equipped condo or an apartment to ONE nice easy-going, flexible, well-educated/organized, privacy-keeping, healthy, English speaking professional person (One single Man or one couple) who should have a stable income and professional job (For example, IT or similar job) and loves cleanness, energy saving, and neither drinks nor smokes (ABSOLUTE non-smokers) nor drug abuse nor have other intolerable bad habits. Here are some points that the tenant needs to know: 1. This is a three bed room Bungalow house main floor with one shared bathroom and kitchen. 2. ONE middle sized bed room and/or the master bed room of the three bedrooms located in the North middle place will be rented. 3. This renting is like renting an apartment or a condo, but is significantly cheaper and larger. It is 2-3 min walk to Finch avenue bus stop, very close to shopping and community centers. And 1 min drive to 404, then turn to 401 in 1-2min. It is near an excellent elementary school, a park with 4 free tennis courts and just nearby Seneca College beside 404/Finch. Great safe quite neighbors!! And if needed, one small or middle sized car parking is considerable. Please do not call the owner if you have a criminal recorder (either new or old) or have any infectious diseases such as AIDS/HIV infection, hepatitis or viral carrier, STD (sexually transmitted disease), TB, etc., or you doubt you may have. For safety and health reasons, no such conditions are permitted in our house. No pets (such as dogs or cats, etc.). No smoking (non-smokers only will be considered, it will not considered even light smokers), no alcohol or any other drug abuse (occasional low level drinking is fine). It is ready to move in in the beginning of May (1), 2025, depending on the situation.
