| I have 2 bedrooms to rent in the College Heights area, in a 5 bedroom house. 2 minute drive or a 15 minute bus ride to Candore College. The current tenants are all male, but open to both genders. Please note one of the tenants has a very well behaved dog, so being comfortable with dogs is a must. 1st room is on the 2nd floor of the property at the front of the house. It is $800 plus hydro. The size of the room is 12 x 10.3sqft. The photos show the new flooring being laid. Second room is in the basement and is the largest room in the property. The price is $900 plus hydro, the size of the room is 12 x 19.7 sq ft. Photos were taken with the current residents belongings, and before the carpet was installed. There is a washer and dryer on site, the living room comes with furniture but the bedrooms are unfurnished. The house has WIFI which is an additional $20/month. The WIFI is 3gbsp download and upload speed. The rest of the utilities are included. There are 2 washroom is in the property, on the 2nd floor and in the basement. Move in date is flexible anytime between end of April to 1st June and the lease term will be 12 months.
