The room shares a large eat-in kitchen and a 4 piece bathroom with 2 other rooms in the basement (each with single male occupants). Must be employed and be able to provide good references from both a landlord and employer. (will consider students on a case-by-case basis) The house is close to all amenities, schools, TTC, and highways. Tim Hortons, Supermarkets, and many other amenities in the area, a 5-minute bus ride to Finch Subway (bus stop in front of house), a 5-minute drive to 401, Yonge St. or Allen Rd.
