Access to 2 washrooms 1 is equipped with bidet and shower/tub the other is a powder room. I highly stressed the word clean because the rest of the ladies here are very organized and clean. ★Family oriented environment. ❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀ What's included in the rent : -Fingerprint enabled front door lock (no keys) -Laundry (Washing Machine + Dryer on Friday evenings + all weekends + long weekends) -Electricity, Water, Central Air (heat and ac) -Wi-Fi : although strong, this is a service that is provided for HOME USE. if u are using the wifi for work, any deficiencies of said wifi is not our responsibility. this is a home you are renting after all. not an office. but if you must ask, the internet is fine. :). -Common Living room with 65" TV and Chromecast, LED corner lights for ambiance. -Desk, chair, stand up closet, bed side table.
