| I am moving and looking for someone to transfer my lease to. The lease would end on July 31st 2024 and then would go to a month-to-month lease. The building is fantastic and has everything that you would want; a huge rooftop space with 2 BBQs, a pizza oven, 2 hot tubs, a mini dog park, an outdoor kitchen, and lots of lounge areas with firepits. Inside, there is a rooftop lounge with a kitchen and large flat screen, a rooftop gym and spin/yoga studio. The building also features a business lounge and a theatre room! The building puts on free social events for the residents about once a week, whether it's wine tastings, or DJs, or even comedy shows! There is a 24/7 concierge service which can assist with many things including receiving your packages. The unit itself is a 1-bedroom unit with a combo washer/dryer in-unit, dishwasher, and shower/tub. The unit is on the 9th floor and west-facing with no buildings blocking the sunset; it's a great unit if you have plants! Everything is included except for hydro for a total of $1975. Additionally, I can transfer my parking spot to you; it's $200/month for an outdoor spot right by the doors. If you have any questions just ask!
