You would have your own spacious room and share the bathroom with just one roommate. The suite has a kitchen and living room area. You would get your own cupboards to store food, fridge and freezer are shared. You're more than welcome to buy yourself a mini fridge. This particular suite I'm listing is on the main floor. The main floor also includes a laundry room, games room, gym, mail room and office. Step outside the building just by your unit, there's a convenience store and a restaurant. There are three study rooms available on the 2nd, 4th and 5th floor. Then on the third floor are vending machines including drinks and snacks. The rent is $625 as long as you pay on time, the building does a prompt payment discount. If you move in through the building my current unit goes for $800 plus, but I'm looking to move out before my end date so I'm looking to find someone to do a lease takeover where you'd have your own lease and the same rate as my current rent.
