| We currently have one room left that we are looking to fill (one person only, cannot have multiple people moving into a room) in a three-bedroom apartment in the West Village Townhouses on the Durham College/Ontario Tech campus in Oshawa. This 3 bed 1 bath student apartment is perfect for any student as it is on campus close to all school buildings. Lease runs from May 1st, 2024 to April 30th, 2025. You MUST be a student with Durham College or Ontario Tech University during the time of your lease. Student ID and proof of enrollment are mandatory. Rent: $925 per month. The first and Last month’s rent will be due upon move-in. Utilities: Utilities (gas, heat, water) are included in the cost of rent, however, Wifi is estimated be be an additional $50 per month. One parking pass will be included Bedroom: No furniture is provided, you will need your own bed, mattress, desk, etc. Parking available upon request. Bathroom: Two sinks, full-size tub/shower, toilet. Common Area: Shared Kitchen/Living room. Furniture and appliances are already supplied. Inquiries about additional appliances and furniture can be discussed. We currently have two male tenants and one female tenant. There is also a cat, we prefer that no other pets be brought into the apartment, but we are willing to negotiate if needed. No smoking is permitted inside the residence.
