| Attention Parents of Niagara College NOTL Students: I have one large, bright bedroom for rent in a student house starting Jan 1 (early move-in may be possible). The rent of $725/month includes all utilities and unlimited high-speed Wifi. It’s a co-ed house (4 males, 1 female). Your son or daughter will have a 6-minute walk to Niagara College NOTL, where the weekly “grocery bus” and Go Transit both stop. The room is for single occupancy only and the rest of the house is shared. The amenities that we offer student residents: - a private second floor bedroom with two large windows and a double closet. - a single bed, desk and chair, and dresser if needed, or bring your own furniture. - a bathroom with a shower, tub and two sinks that is shared with one other male student (the house has 4 bathrooms). - a good-sized kitchen shared by the students which has 2 fridges, a gas stove, a microwave, cutlery and pots, and lots of individual cupboard space. - a dining room with a table to eat or study at. - a fully-furnished living room to relax in. - air conditioning. - a fenced backyard with patio furniture and garden space to grow vegetables or plants. - shared parking if needed. - unlimited use of the washer and dryer. - very responsive landlords with student rental experience (our son and his roommates spent 3 years in the house before graduating NC).
