| Looking for a tenant to share a house with me. Looking for single occupant either young professional or a student. Fully furnished kitchen, a double size mattress., you will also have your own bathroom shown in the photos. I work as a Travel Nurse and mostly not home for months. And If I'm off contract, I will be either home for a month or travel for pleasure. So with that being said, you will be home alone most of the time. I do own a small dog maltese. Her name is Willow and she weighs 8lbs of attitude. If you don't mind that. She is hypo allergenic and nice. She tends to bark with new people but once she warms up with you, she will be following you and forgot about me. She travels with me. The price is non-negotiable. The house is a 3min walk to bus stop and 5min walk to foodbasics, dollorama, etc. close to a plaza. It's a safe neighborhood. Also, if you drive, it's like 10min drive to the clifton hill. You will also have your own parking space. Looking for serious inquiry only. Open for short and long term contract. Available Dec 7,2024 onwards. |
