| Room for rent $600 a month for a female only NO OTHER PETS UNLESS ITS A SMALL CAGED/TANK PET My husband and I are using it as a guest room for now but would be cleared out for your belongings - large walk in closet - you can use the living space just outside of the bedroom tv relax on the couch, watch tv, play video games It would be a shared shower, laundry room & kitchen, but there are two bathrooms (toilet & sink) We have a very friendly dog and two incredibly snuggly cats that have free roam of the house, they are trained and do not make messes (we would keep them out of your space) Our 4 year daughter comes to stay around Christmas break and the whole summer Would be short term unless we become friendly with you, then we could look into long term We’re near a bunch of bus stops, stores, parks, restaurants If you need a parking space it would be an additional $50 a month Email for serious inquiries |
