| Looking for a considerate and clean female roommate! You will have your own room, shared bathroom/living/kitchen space , ensuite laundry (basement apartment). Wifi and all bills included. I work mid afternoon to evenings, and have no problem with friends/family coming over, I just ask that you are respectful of the space and the time of night for not only myself, but for the tenants upstairs as well. ***parking space available?*** I have a senior dog and we enjoy entertaining friends, especially with the nice weather coming! I love to garden and spend time outdoors. 420 friendly! References will be required. |
