| Hello I am a professional in my 50’s that works at the hospital in Sudbury, but I live in North Bay where I own my own home. The home where I currently rent is being sold, so I am looking for a new place. I am very clean (non smoker) and very quiet. Rent is always paid in advance. I have excellent credit and a clean criminal record, references available. I only need a place to sleep in between my shifts and I still drive home sometimes. I will only use the room about 1/3 of the time 6-10 nights a month, and I am only ever there to sleep. It will be like no one lives with you. Thanks for your consideration. |
