| Two rooms for rent in lovely shared four-bedroom, three bathroom townhouse located in Tanglewood (between Woodroffe and Merivale, north of Nepean Sportsplex and south of Algonquin College). Two of the four bedrooms are currently rented by two 30+females (with a cat). You would have your choice of two private upstairs rooms with a view of the lovely garden, quiet fenced yard, green space and park beyond. Bus service to Algonquin College, OCTranspo Baseline Station or Merivale Mall just steps away from your door. Household is very quiet, clean and calm. Your two roommates are COVID cautious due to medical conditions and would prefer you to be cautious as well. Currently the rooms are unfurnished but could be rented furnish if needed (provided the tenant is a good fit for the household). The new tenant must be financially stable, have references, and be very clean, tidy, quiet and considerate of others. Rent includes all utilities, free laundry (in unit) and many extras (e.g.; heat, electricity, central AC, built in bidet for toileting, water jet feature for relaxing in the bath or shower, strong internet for gaming or work, and many streaming services). The new tenant would be expected to contribute a small portion of the cost for the cleaning service which periodically cleans the shared areas of the townhouse (i.e.; entryway, kitchen, dining room, living room, library, laundry room and bathrooms). Each tenant is responsible for cleaning of private space but cleaning materials are readily available. Modern kitchen with new super quiet Bosch dishwasher, large stainless steel fridge (with icemaker in the door) and modern flat top electric range, plus microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker and good quality dishes and cookware. Access to chest freezer in the basement. Share cooking and meals if you wish to do so. Must be willing to share daily chores to keep the townhouse clean and tidy. If one person wants both rooms (one for private bedroom and the other for a home office or exercise room), then the combined rental will be substantially discounted.
