It has 3 large windows and gets tons of natural sunlight! Is a great location for Carleton and Algonquin students! House also has a huge backyard with 7 raised garden beds and we have a beautiful 1yr old puppy here as well. (So must like dogs :) Three full bathrooms and a communal tv room. Rent includes all utilities, laundry use, kitchen use, high speed unlimited internet, toilet paper, laundry detergent + dryer sheets, paper towels, hand soap & cleaning supplies!
