This rental is perfect for someone who doesn’t work from home, as I work remotely and my partner is often home. NO couples, working professionals or students preferred. What's Included: -All utilities (heat, hydro, water, internet) -Private Full Bath: You will have your own bathroom, used only a few times a year by guests. -Spacious Furnished Bedroom: Queen bed, storage ottoman, large mirror, bedside table, floor lamp, desk, and chair provided. A large closet offers plenty of storage. If you need a dresser or TV, you’ll need to provide your own. -Mini-Fridge: Conveniently located next to the kitchen for personal use. -Shared Spaces: Kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, main floor bath, and backyard. You can also use all appliances, cooking items, plates, and cutlery. -Parking: Free street parking (no driveway space available). -Storage: If you require some storage we can chat about space in the basement -Gym Access: Our well-equipped basement gym is available, but we’ll need to coordinate a schedule. Our Household: We’re homebodies who value a clean and quiet living space. We're looking for someone who shares these values.
