| Hello… I'm a retired, independent, non smoking, non drinking female, very clean and quiet.. looking for long term. Move in date, Oct or Nov. I'm looking for a studio or one bedroom apartment either in a basement of a home or an apartment building. I would prefer unfurnished as I have my own furnishings (limited). I prefer Ottawa west or southwest and surrounding area but would consider moving a bit further out (rural). I am taking my time trying to find the right place/fit. I can provide personal and professional references. I would require parking as I own a car and also own a lovely indoor cat who I would take full responsibility for.
