Space: You will have a huge private loft space to yourself, private bathroom & bedroom, living and dining space. The kitchen is shared. Driveway parking, utilities, and wifi included. *NOT furnished Rent starts at $500/month PLUS 20hrs of home care per month. This could be 30min to make a meal for him, 2hrs to take him to an apt nearby, an hour to call 911 and watch him while waiting for the ambulance and then letting them in, an hour to clean our the fridge, etc... Taking out the garage and bringing bins in are an example of a regular weekly task. He already has a PSW who visits 3x per week and a bi-weekly cleaner. *Not ethe rent is not negotiable (right now) as it is needed to pay for a hospital bed rental and fall device **ABSOLUTELY no pets of any kind, owner allergies |
