The bathroom will be shared with only one other tenant. (4 bedrooms 2 baths) The backyard backs onto a peaceful natural area, perfect for relaxation. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Algonquin College, grocery stores, and Merivale Shopping Mall. The bus stop is 2minuite away. Currently, there are three other tenants—male students and young professionals. The landlord is kind, responsive, and takes good care of both the house and the tenants. He visits occasionally and always ensures everything is in order. This home has been a comfortable and peaceful place to live, offering plenty of space to focus, rest, and recharge. I’ve lived here for nearly 9 months, and it’s given me peace and healing and growth.
