Perfect spot for students. The house is shared between 7 males (so it is males only). It is close to a supermarket (10 min walk) and all other stores are nearby. 20 minute bike ride to Carleton University, or 2 minute walk to a bus stop. The room comes furnished with a desk, bed, and bookcase. This is for a lease assignment: you will be taking over the lease which will end at the end of August 2025 (it was originally a one-year lease).
